Ordered an "in stock" dress and then received an email a couple days later that it was "not in stock." Went back and found a different dress, used the sized chart and ordered a M per the chart. When I received the dress, it was too big. Ordered a Small and call company to return first dress. They agreed to waive restocking fee but had to pay $8 for a return label. We returned the 1st dress in the box that the second came in. We removed all labels, taped it up, put the label t long sleeve plus size formal dresses ... hey sent us on and dropped it off at a UPS Store.
A week or so later, we got a call that said they received a purse, hat and jacket in box...not the dress. Evidently somebody tampered with the box. They started a UPS Investigation but came back and said it wasn't their problem or UPS and we would not get a refund unless they got the dress (that we already sent).
Called customer service again...they said they could only start another ups investigation but nothing else.
