Y'all remember from chemistry class the pH of your stomach is around 1 or 2, right? Because gastric acid. Because gastric acid is made of HYDROCHLORIC ACID (HCl). There isn't much of anything more acidic than HCl you could put in your mouth without burning off your face. short length mother of the bride or groom collections

Hence, you cannot actually do much of anything to "alkalize your body" short of injecting yourself with ammonia, because everything you eat passes through the HCl of your stomach shortly after you eat it.

And you don't want to "alkalize your body" in the first place.

So don't listen to these quacks. Not only are they stupid, they can be dangerous. End of today's chemistry rant on pH.
